They are added to your account when you purchase BB$, or when you win BB$ by doing well in selected tournaments. They are deducted from your account when you pay for a tournament entry, rent robots, and so on.
Restrictions on Bridge Base Dollars
BB$ are not cash. They are not refundable, nor can they be withdrawn as cash.
Some tournaments issue BB$ prizes to the winners. These prizes follow the same rules as all BB$.
Refund policy
BB$ are nominally non-refundable. However, if you are dissatisfied with our products or services, please contact us at support@bridgebase.com and we will do our best for you.
Expiration policy
Effective December 1st, 2019. BB$ acquired after December 1, 2019 will expire three years after your username becomes inactive (no logins to BBO). BB$ acquired prior to this date will not be affected. BB$ purchased via iTunes and Google Play Store will not be affected.
