I see an error saying, "Error:
Cannot connect to Server. Please make sure you are connected to the
internet."
- Make sure you are connected to the internet. Click this
link and see if our home page opens:
www.bridgebase.com
- If you managed to access our home page but you are still
getting that error message, it probably happens because your firewall
is blocking Bridge Base from accessing the internet.
Please check your firewall program and make sure that c:\bridge base
online\netbridgevu.exe is allowed to access the internet. If you don't
know how to configure your firewall, you will need to ask the software
vendor for help (ie, if you bought Mcafee Firewall, please ask Mcafee
for help).
- You should know our software has two versions, both of
which can be accessed through our official website www.bridgebase.com.
If you still cannot log in from the old version you are using, log on
the new version at www.bridgebase.com by clicking the
yellow link "Play
bridge now".
