How to upgrade to Premium

Upgrading to Premium only takes a few steps:

1. While logged in to BBO, click the daily deals counter at the top of the screen.
2. Click Go Premium. You'll be taken to the BBO Store.
3. Review the Premium membership details, then click Go Premium.
4. Enter your payment card details and complete your purchase.
5. Once your payment is successful, your Premium membership is activated automatically.

Your account immediately gains access to all Premium features: unlimited play across eligible free games, advanced robots, video chat, starting your own tables and team matches, Arena, Group Challenges, and Bridgerama+.

How to cancel Premium

Your plan, payment, and renewal are handled by the store you signed up through: the App Store, Google Play, or the BBO website. That's also where you cancel.

1. While logged in to BBO, open Account → Membership.
2. Tap Manage Plan. BBO takes you to the store where you originally signed up.
3. In that store, choose Cancel plan (or Change plan), then confirm.

If you signed up through the App Store or Google Play, cancellation is done in that store's settings, not on the BBO website.

Once canceled, your Premium membership stays active until the expiry date shown on your account. After that it won't renew automatically, and your account returns to Basic.
